Responsibilities
* Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and team supervision
* Lead, train, and support shop staff in glazing techniques and safety protocols
* Manage inventory, materials, and equipment maintenance
* Coordinate with project managers to meet production and installation deadlines
* Inspect completed work for quality control and adherence to specifications
* Enforce workplace safety procedures and OSHA compliance
* Assist with hands-on fabrication or glazing as needed
Qualifications
* Proven experience in glazing (residential or commercial)
* 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
* Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in glass/glazing work
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
* OSHA certification or safety training
* Forklift or equipment operator certification
* Experience with glass cutting, tempering, or custom glass fabrication
* Employee will be required to join Union upon employment
