About the role
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the Psychology curriculum.
- Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL requirements.
- Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and foster a culture of achievement and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop cross-curricular links.

Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
- Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and/or KS5 (preferred)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for education and inspiring young minds.
