Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant - Role Overview Support students in Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in lessons and through small-group interventions. Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, planning, and delivery. Provide targeted support to students with SEN, EAL, or lower prior attainment. Help maintain a focused, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Build strong relationships with students as a positive role model and academic mentor. Gain valuable insight into teaching - perfect preparation for PGCE, Schools Direct, or Teach First applications. Requirements A recent Maths graduate (or related discipline). Strong academic background with a genuine passion for education. Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive communicator. Patient, adaptable, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
