Interested in working for a leading Construction Company, working alongside our current construction team on a long term response maintenance contract.Nicor are recruiting a joinery operative to work on various Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast and around Northern Ireland.Key Responsibilities:Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or voidEnsure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, and using the company PDA system so that the company can invoice for additional work completedCompliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are metCompliance with materials / workmanship schedulesMaintain and care for all company toolsUse appropriate safety equipmentEnsure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all timesBe responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company policyLiaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.Be responsible for your own safety and all other around youMaterial co-ordination and organisation inc stock controlEnsure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentationOversee/assist in the training of apprentices as requiredThe Ideal Person:Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalentPrevious trades experience in similar roleUp to date relevant industry knowledgeUp to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislationCurrent and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licenseValid CSR CardIdeally have experience working within the Social Housing sectorSkills:response maintenance social housingBenefits:Company VehicleWHJS1_NI
