Base pay range
Harvey Nash are seeking an experienced Voice Solutions Engineer on behalf of our client. This role involves working on projects and operational activities across the UK, Spain, Ireland, and France, capturing requirements, proposing technology solutions, and ensuring compliance with design standards and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical delivery and design support for voice/telephony projects.
* Commission work from third-party suppliers and ensure quality assurance.
* Stay updated on vendor roadmaps and industry trends.
* Ensure designs comply with standards and Infosec requirements.
* Support audit and compliance activities.
* Communicate with colleagues to capture project requirements.
* Create and maintain project plans and schedules.
* Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) for performance and security.
Qualifications:
* Experience in voice solution design and administration.
* Expertise with Alvaria SIPhony Contact Centre and Genesys cloud platform.
* Knowledge of Avaya handsets and Alvaria softphone.
* Experience with PCI compliant telephony solutions.
* Familiarity with Ribbon Sonus SBC and Asterisk PBX technologies.
* Experience with LAN/WAN technologies, Cisco, Palo Alto.
* Knowledge of TOGAF architecture framework.
* Technical support experience in the financial services sector.
* Relevant certifications (Cisco, Security, Palo Alto, TOGAF).
