SC Cleared Scrum Master (Agile)
3 Month initial contract
£485 per day - Outside IR35
Starting ASAP (1 week notice or less)
Working 4 days p/w on site in Farnborough, 1 day p/w from home
iO Associates are looking for an actively Security Cleared Scrum Master to come on board with one of our clients for an initial 3 month project with a good chance of extension.
We're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
* Ability to remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Desirable: Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
