As a Trainee Shift Manager, you will work under the guidance of experienced shift managers and participate in a structured development plan that spans between 3 to 6 months, preparing you for a Shift Manager role, at which point your pay will increase to £13.37 per hour.

Training and Development Plan:
The Trainee Shift Manager position is a stepping stone toward becoming a full Shift Manager within our organization. To ensure your successful development, you will go through a structured training and development program, including:
* Orientation and Onboarding: You will receive an orientation to familiarize you with our company culture, policies, and the role's expectations.
* Shadowing and Mentorship: You will work alongside experienced Shift Managers to observe and learn best practices.
* Training Modules: You will complete training modules covering leadership, operational procedures, team management, and customer service.
* Hands‑on Experience: You will gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain confidence and experience.
* Performance Reviews: Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess your progress and provide feedback.
* Graduation to Full Shift Manager: Upon successful completion of the training period and meeting performance expectations, you will be promoted to a full Shift Manager position.
