We’re hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to Lead, Transform, and Shape the Future of our Enterprise Technology! * Earn a very competitive salary, 10% annual bonus, 55% pension & BUPA * Glasgow Head Office Based (some national travel when required) We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to take a pivotal leadership role in shaping and evolving our multi-cloud and enterprise technology landscape. What makes this role stand out? * You’ll lead a modern cloud infrastructure function, owning services across cloud, SaaS, identity, networking and operational technology * You’ll operate at the intersection of technology strategy and operational delivery, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, and aligned to business priorities * You’ll shape cloud governance, architecture standards, and platform guardrails across Azure and GCP * You’ll play a key role in cost optimisation, supplier performance, and service maturity, bringing a strong FinOps mindset * You will technically lead major incidents, drive continuous improvement, and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation Who we’re looking for We want more than technical expertise — we’re looking for an experienced leader who can combine strategic thinking with operational credibility: * Proven experience leading enterprise cloud and infrastructure teams in complex environments * Strong technical depth across Azure, GCP, security, resilience, and governance * Commercial acumen across supplier management, contracts, and cost optimisation * A passion for building high-performing teams and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Why join us?
