Roadside Mechanic opportunity in Central Birmingham
Our client, one of the UK's leading Mobile Vehicle Repair Services, is seeking a highly skilled Roadside Mechanic to join their team in the Central Birmingham area. Duties of a Roadside Mechanic :
* Deliver exceptional roadside vehicle repairs and diagnostics
* Provide technical advice and excellent customer service
* Conduct repairs efficiently and to the highest industry standards
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out
* Support the team with general service procedures
* Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
* As a Roadside Mechanic engage in training programs, including electric vehicle maintenance
* Assist with ad-hoc repair tasks as required
Requirements of a Roadside Mechanic :
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in automotive repair
* Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with a focus on roadside assistance
* Valid full driving licence
* Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Flexibility to cover a 40-hour week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
