Salary: £27,000–£30,000 FTE | Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate)
We’re looking for an experienced commercial or residential mortgage administrator to join our award-winning whole of market brokerage.
We work with national and international clients to secure the right commercial and specialist finance and pride ourselves on delivering excellent client outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
* Daily use of our Internal CMS system
* Providing administration and case support to clients
* Managing client and lender relationships
* Requesting and processing documentation
* Fulfilling client compliance requirements
* Handling incoming calls to the office
Experience in mortgage administration is essential – please only apply if you meet this requirement
Ideally based at our Head Office in Woodbridge (with parking & great transport links)
Remote/hybrid working may be considered after training
