We are working with a prestgious developer of the very highest quality housing in the Cotswolds region, with expansion they are looking to recruit a buyer from either a construction/ developer or trades counter background.
You will work closely with the Project Coordinator and report to the Commercial Manager. whilst providing support to the Project and Site Management teams on site.
The role will be to ensure value is gained from the procurement of plant and materials, the items are scheduled correctly and all associated administration is managed.
This may well suit someone looking for either full-time or part-time position 9:30-14:30, ideally Monday to Friday.
The company has a really stable and friendly team in place and provides an environment where you can use your skill and judgement to influence procurement decisions and processes.
This a newly created role so there is opportunity to integrate fully into the commercial and project support team.
