Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join our team in Banbury on a full time permanent basis!
As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.
Working hours:4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.
Salary:£28,500 per annum.
Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:
1. Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required.
2. Reconciling goods inbound report.
3. Creating and distributing stock reports as required.
4. Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
5. Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
6. Processing returns.
7. Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside, and missing pallets.
8. Emptying location checks as required.
