Cadarn Housing Group is the parent of the Group and provides oversight and support services role. Newydd Housing Association is a charitable housing association, that offers over 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas. Cadwyn Housing Association owns and manages 2,000 homes for affordable rent and low-cost home ownership as well as a range of community regeneration initiatives. About the Role Our Gas Team is growing and we are looking for 4 x Gas Engineers to carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance to plumbing and gas systems, and boiler installs to our properties whilst delivering a high-quality service to our tenants. Previous experience in plumbing and domestic gas engineer’s work is essential and you will also need a broad knowledge of Gas Safety and other industry legislation and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and receiving and completing work on handheld devices. About You This is a demanding and challenging maintenance service delivery role, and you should enjoy working under your own initiative and managing a busy workload, whilst also being a team player with great customer service and communication skills.
