The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 with a focus on wellbeing and engagement
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support
* Support students with SEMH needs, including anxiety, behaviour, and emotional regulation
* Help de-escalate situations in a calm and consistent way
* Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to implement support strategies
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported, understood, and ready to learn.
