The Role
You’ll take ownership of a varied workload across:
* Dilapidations (tenant & landlord)
* Technical Due Diligence
* Contract administration & project management
* Schedules of condition
* Party wall & neighbourly matters
* Pre-acquisition surveys
* Reinstatement cost assessments
* Strategic client advisory
You will be trusted with managing your own clients, delivering high-quality work, and shaping the continued growth of the Birmingham office.
