Job Description:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
* The Engineering Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities with full ownership of successful completion of all project deliverables within established schedule, scope, financial, and quality objectives.
* Projects will support the Technical Service organization, including launching service capabilities for new electronic products across global service centers.
* This is an onsite role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing phases.
* Oversee large-scale to enterprise-wide projects within assigned programs.
* Create and manage project schedules and action item trackers.
* Develop high‑level milestone plans and manage program changes in accordance with change management processes to control scope, mitigate risks, and maintain quality, schedule, cost, and contractual objectives.
* Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage communications both internally and externally.
* Manage and control changes from the original project scope.
* Serve as a liaison between project team members and cross‑functional groups.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualification And Education:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Should Have:
* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Experience with regulatory agency guidelines for medical device manufacturers.
* Proven track record managing multiple complex, large‑scale projects with strong prioritization skills.
* Advanced skills in creating and managing schedules in Microsoft Project.
* Ability to proactively elevate issues to appropriate levels of management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships.
* Experience managing resources and influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
* Sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environments.
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach that goes beyond basic role requirements.
* Knowledge of project budgets and financial management.
