A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in the City. This is working primarily in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm with occasional evenings required for events.
The Sous Chef will focus on the staff dining where you will cook for around 200-300 each day, The Head Chef will support as needed, you will also work with a team of 5/6 other chefs and kps.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with staff dining experience ideally from a busy Contract Catering site. The main focus is for Street Food and cuisine from the high street, You will need good knowledge of current trends and have a keen interest in dish development.
The Sous Chef will need a solid career history ideally within Contract Catering and be able to work in busy environments. You will be joining one of the leading contract caterers in the UK so very good opportunity for progression and development are offered.
