We're looking for a skilled manager to lead our Learning & Talent Development operations team! As the Learning and Talent Development Administration and Operations Manager, you'll oversee systems, compliance, and reporting, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of training and talent programmes. A strong focus of this role is to ensure robust and reliable operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include establishing formal governance, management of budgets, schedules, suppliers, reporting and maintain delivery standards across all L&TD programmes.
