Job Summary
Our Adult Residential Home is looking for a Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Holmleain East Markham, Nottinghamshire. The role involves providing essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents in daily activities.
* Accompany residents on community trips.
* Use the company vehicle to transport residents to shopping, meals, appointments, and outings.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols.
Requirements
* Compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated mindset.
* Strong team player.
* Resilient and confident to ask for support when needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
* Full UK driver’s licence held for at least 2 years (if using company vehicle).
Remuneration
Starting rates: Level 1 – £14.24, Level 2 – £15.23, Level 3 – £16.30 per hour.
