Your Company
Working for an amazing charity based in Plymouth. This role is expected to last 2 months but could be extended.
Details:
* 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
* Hourly rate: £ (to be confirmed)
Your New Role
Handle all enquiries via telephone, letter, and email. Ensure that all enquiries, including feedback and complaints, are handled within agreed standards.
Process fundraising transactions (cheques, direct debits, gift aid) accurately onto our database within set timescales.
Create or amend supporter records on the database accurately and within standards.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Supporter Experience department to enhance the supporter journey.
Maintain filing and paperwork in line with audit standards and the Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.
Assist other parts of the Fundraising and Marketing team with administrative tasks and campaign fulfillment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* A friendly personality and the ability to be a key team member.
* Passion and empathy to handle sensitive situations involving supporters, staff, and volunteers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in customer service, delivering a first-class supporter experience.
* Experience with contact management databases and excellent ICT skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work, especially data accuracy.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
