An exciting opportunity has arisen within our commercial division in Cambridge for a customer focused administrator. The successful candidate will take ownership of a wide range of administrative duties, supporting our commercial team. This includes client and financial administration, document production, diary management, compliance tracking, and general office coordination. You will be based in our flagship Cambridge office 4 days per week, with one day working from home. You will work alongside a thriving team of surveyors, partners, facilities managers and property managers. Main Tasks: Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets. Process client invoices, rechargeable expenses and assist with fee forecasting. Liaise with clients, job managers, and credit control to manage and resolve bad debts. Manage diaries and schedule meetings. Assist Surveyors in managing a nationwide property portfolio. Provide in-house marketing support to the Commercial department. Maintain close communication with administrators across divisions to ensure efficient departmental operations. What will it take to be successful? To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience supporting busy teams, along with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems, invoice processing, and time recording tools such as InTapp will be beneficial. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of the property industry and familiarity with the TRAMPS Property Management System. We are looking for someone with a proactive, professional approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
