We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
* Ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
* Participate in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas for seasonal dishes.
* Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
