Role Overview
As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for:

Producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed design packages.

Supporting the design team across multiple live projects.

Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ensuring compliance with building regulations and planning requirements.

Assisting in the delivery of luxury residential and commercial schemes.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within residential and/or commercial projects.

Strong technical drawing skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
