Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead major youth and brand marketing campaigns for some of the world’s best-known consumer brands. You’ll oversee integrated projects that blend experiential, digital, and social activation, helping connect brands with student and Gen Z audiences across the UK and Europe.
You’ll guide a talented account team, shape client strategy, and play a hands-on role in driving creativity, delivery excellence, and account growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead and grow client relationships, ensuring every campaign hits its strategic and creative objectives
2. Manage multiple high-profile accounts, maintaining profitability and spotting opportunities for growth
3. Mentor and develop account managers and executives, creating a culture of collaboration and accountability
4. Oversee campaign delivery from briefing and creative development through to execution, reporting and optimisation
5. Present confidently to clients — from proactive pitches and proposals to post-campaign evaluations
6. Coordinate with finance to track spend, reconcile budgets and ensure projects remain commercially sound
