What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive in a school environment by:
* Supporting pupils with a range of needs (educational, emotional, behavioural)
* Assisting in lessons and encouraging positive participation
* Providing 1:1 or small group support when needed
* Helping students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
* Working closely with teachers and other school staff
