Company Overview
You will be joining a specialist Reinsurance Underwriting business as their Personal Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be supporting the London-based C-Suite and you will work closely alongside two other PAs/Team Assistants who look after other senior members of the business. Based in their modern and luxurious City of London office 3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining 2 days.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the C-Suite's calendars, scheduling appointments/meetings, preparing/editing documents, screening and prioritising incoming communications, planning and booking domestic and international travel, assisting in the planning and execution of events, managing expense reporting and credit card reconciliations, handling sensitive information and gathering information to support the C-Suite's decision-making process. You will act as the primary point of contact between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders and draft/manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the C-Suite.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the City, be a confident, professional and enthusiastic individual with an outstanding work ethic and a demonstrable passion for chosen career path. You will possess the ability to manage a varied workload with conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be quick to pick up new systems and processes, be happy liaising with senior stakeholders across the business and be proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. You will be flexible and adaptable to sudden diary changes.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
