Role Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Business Development to achieve business targets, specifically by cultivating and maintaining a robust panel of Broker Partners. You'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, promoting the brand, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster strong relationships with existing Broker Partners to generate leads and expand sales opportunities.
* Proactively identify and engage with new Broker Partners to broaden the network and increase sales volume.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet client acquisition and retention goals.
* Represent the company at industry events to raise awareness and forge new relationships.
* Champion the client acquisition culture within the organization and contribute to marketing strategy development.
* Provide guidance and support to brokers to ensure high-quality loan applications and adherence to credit policies.
* Conduct regular business reviews with key broker relationships to drive ongoing success and alignment.
* Manage borrower enquiries, ensuring thorough due diligence and exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.
* Your target is c.£20m/year. Hitting above target figures will result in a 50% (of salary) bonus.
Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience in the broker marketplace, particularly with commercial secured loans.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills across various channels.
* Sound understanding of credit principles and financial data analysis.
* Alignment with the company's brand personality and values.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
