Ready to lead a transformation that changes lives?
Margaret Green Animal Rescue has been a trusted name in animal welfare for over 60 years, rehoming more than 60,000 animals. Now, we’re embarking on an ambitious five-year strategy to revolutionise how we operate - leveraging technology and data to create sharper insights, streamline processes, and help more animals find loving homes.
We’re looking for a Transformation Programme Manager to bring this vision to life. This is not a typical project management role - it’s a dynamic, evolving position where you’ll work alongside the CEO and senior leadership team to design and deliver our digital strategy. You’ll lead through complexity, champion innovation, and ensure our digital strategy translates into real-world impact.
What You’ll Do
* Drive the delivery of our transformation programme, starting with data and IT infrastructure.
* Lead multiple workstreams to simplify processes and unlock efficiency.
* Build GDPR-compliant solutions and enterprise-level BI capabilities.
* Engage stakeholders with compelling communication and change experiences.
* Shape a future where intelligence-led animal rescue brings joy to more animals, families, and communities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in data-driven transformation projects.
* Expertise in data architecture, system analysis, and BI tools (Power BI).
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex programmes.
* Familiarity with human-centred design and process innovation.
* Passion for animal welfare and the imagination to explore groundbreaking solutions.
