Demolition Supervisor
South Wales (with occasional working away)
£23 per hour

Due to a strong secured workload, we are currently seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Supervisor to join a growing and well-established demolition contractor in South Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take on a key site leadership role within a busy and forward-thinking business.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day demolition activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising demolition operatives on-site
- Delivering toolbox talks and coordinating daily site activities
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
- Monitoring progress and maintaining project schedules
- Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
About You
- Proven experience within the demolition sector
- Strong knowledge of demolition methods, including robotic demolition and asbestos removal
- Demonstrable experience supervising teams and managing site operations
- Good understanding of health & safety, risk assessments, and incident reporting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CCDO Supervisor card essential
- (CCDO Operatives with SSSTS or looking to step up will also be considered for alternative roles)
- Full UK driving licence
