Our Head Housekeeper sets the standard, motivates the team, and ensures every space reflects the quality our guests expect. As a Head Housekeeper, you’ll lead the housekeeping department, support your team, and maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the property. What You’ll Do You’ll oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for: Leading, training, and supervising the housekeeping team Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard Managing rotas, staffing levels, and daily schedules Carrying out room inspections and quality checks Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are followed Handling guest requests and resolving issues professionally Working closely with reception and management teams Maintaining a positive and motivated team environment What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused leader who takes pride in creating outstanding standards.
