Please note, this role is fixed term for a period of 9 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the billing process for nominated customers.
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
* Monitor fraud and manage billing periods.
* Provide expert support on our Eclipse billing platform.
* Advise customers on improving profitability.
* Maintain exceptional customer service and meet SLAs.
Your Experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confident with Microsoft Office.
* A proactive team player who can manage their own workload.
* Experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
