We are seeking a patient, caring, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bedford, starting as soon as possible. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a pupil or small group of pupils with additional needs. You will support learning in the classroom, assist with tasks, and help build the pupil’s confidence, independence, and social skills. You will liaise with class teachers, SENCo, and other staff to implement personalised strategies and monitor progress.
