Finance Manager - Cambridgeshire
Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer who are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee their finance function.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a small finance team and take responsibility for overseeing the financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and reviewing consolidated monthly management accounts, with insightful commentary and analysis.
* Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including cash flow management and working capital analysis.
* Acting as the main contact for year-end audit preparation and delivery.
* Driving continuous improvement through finance system enhancements and process automation.
What we’re looking for:
* A fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with experience in a similar role.
* Strong technical accounting skills, including consolidations and multi-currency reporting.
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a finance function.
* Commercial awareness, Advanced Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
