This senior leadership role has full accountability for spa, leisure facilities, memberships and resort activities, delivering an exceptional guest and member experience while driving strong commercial and operational performance.

Responsibilities
Strategic and operational leadership of spa and leisure operations
Oversight of resort activities and guest experiences across leisure
Full P&L responsibility, budgeting and revenue optimisation
Driving membership sales, retention and utilisation
Leading, developing and inspiring senior spa, leisure and activities teams
Ensuring five-star service standards, compliance and brand alignment
Requirements
Senior leadership experience within luxury spa, leisure or resort environments
Strong commercial acumen across revenue, yield and cost control
Proven people leader with a guest-centric mindset
Experience managing complex, multi-outlet operations
Background in memberships and premium service delivery
