Offer description

This individual will report into the Shift Manager and will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment to deliver high-quality products in line with agreed standards. Additionally, this person is expected to take ownership of plant performance, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the site's goals across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Service. A strong focus is placed on maintaining a zero-accident culture, adhering to health, safety, and quality systems, and driving performance through teamwork, problem-solving, and the application of TPM methodology.

As part of the team, along with your salary you'll also receive:

* An annual bonus,
* Double matched pension (up to 10%),
* 35 days holiday,
* A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
* Comprehensive opportunities to develop.

The application process: If you like what you've read and want to explore this opportunity further, please apply before the closing date listed at the top of the advert. Please note, we may close vacancies early where we receive significant numbers of applications, so don't delay! If you need any adjustments made to support your application, such as information in different formats or accessibility support, please contact us at recruitment@heineken.co.uk.

We need motivated self-starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area. This means working to high standards and encouraging others to do the same, with an eye for detail to identify quality challenges. You will work alongside capable team members and your shift manager initially, and once settled, you will be expected to help drive continuous improvement within your area through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme, similar to LEAN methodologies.

Candidates should have solid qualifications in Maths and English, a good understanding of IT systems, and be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment. A desire to continue learning is essential; previous brewing or cider production experience is advantageous but not essential.

HEINEKEN UK is the nation's leading pub, cider, and beer company, behind brands like Inch's and Birra Moretti. With 150 years of brewing history, we are proud of our legacy and are excited about the future. We support our colleagues with development opportunities and unique experiences to help them reach their full potential.
