GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed SEN Teacher to work within schools across the S2 and S3 areas of Sheffield. As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, you will deliver personalised learning tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they are fully supported both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor progress and adapt strategies accordingly. Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and external agencies. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working as an SEN Teacher in a school or specialist setting. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
