Head of Account Management (North Region)
Location: St Asaph, LL17 0LP
Salary: Basic Salary GBP44,000 - GBP48,000 + Uncapped Bonus package with expected OTE of GBP105k

Responsibilities
* Lead an established account management team to deepen relationships within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross‑selling to expand revenue streams. Implement strategies for account retention and organic growth.
* Identify and expand new client accounts. Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue in collaboration with the new business team.
* Hire, train, and mentor a high‑performing sales force capable of exceeding revenue goals, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
* Advocate for customer satisfaction within the organization, ensuring all sales activities align with a commitment to outstanding service.
* Collaborate closely with other department heads to align sales strategies with broader organizational objectives.
* Regularly update leadership on sales performance metrics, making data‑driven decisions to guide strategy. Track and evaluate both new and existing account activities to maximize ROI.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine sales techniques, approaches, and offerings.
* Manage the sales budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources, monitoring ROI and cost‑to‑acquire metrics for financial efficiency.
* Maintain transparent communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments, championing cross‑departmental projects that improve customer experience and drive revenue.
* Negotiate complex deal structures and contracts that benefit both the customer and the business.
* Oversee and strategically manage key accounts, ensuring long‑term loyalty and revenue growth. Work closely with these accounts to understand their business needs and tailor value‑adding solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience in IT services, IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or MSP environments.
* Extensive experience in sales.
* Solid skills and experience in leadership.
* Target‑driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced IT services environment.
