Key Responsibilities: Validate and test High Voltage systems for BEV/PHEV platforms (400V+)
Plan and execute issue replication, system validation, and diagnostics
Analyse data to detect root causes and systemic issues
Ensure compliance with HV safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, production, and quality
Essential Skills: Strong background in HV systems within the automotive sector
Experience with battery systems, power electronics, DCDC, inverters, eAC, etc.
Software: MATLAB, LabVIEW, CANalyzer, INCA, CANoe
Familiar with FMEA, root cause analysis, and ISO 26262
Thermal & mechanical understanding of HV system components
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
Additional Requirements: UK Class 3 license to test PHEV/BEV vehicles
Clean UK driving licence (no disqualifications, Experience working in a lab/field validation setup
Familiarity with IEC 61851, SAE J1772, and other HV safety protocols
