Graduate Account Manager (Full 360 Commercial Role)

Starting your career and looking for a role where you can combine relationship-building with real commercial impact? This Graduate Account Manager position offers a unique blend of account management and new business responsibility, giving you exposure to the full client lifecycle from day one.

You’ll be joining a growing organisation that partners with SMEs across the UK — helping them improve how they operate while giving you the platform to develop into a confident, well‑rounded sales professional.


The Role

This is a 360 commercial role where you’ll manage and grow client relationships while also identifying new opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and needs
* Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers
* Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services
* Speaking with new prospects and generating opportunities
* Supporting the sales process through to conversion
* Maintaining a consistent pipeline of both new and existing business


What You’ll Receive

Salary & Incentives

* £6,000–£9,000 expected bonus in year one

This role is designed to give you a strong commercial foundation, with clear routes into:

* Senior Account Management
* Business Development / New Business roles
* Strategic or key account positions

You’ll gain experience across both relationship management and revenue generation, giving you flexibility in your future career path.


Client Base & Industry Exposure

You’ll work with small and medium‑size businesses across a wide variety of industries, gaining insight into different commercial challenges and developing the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
