Main duties of the job

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration to join a 60‑bedded nursing home and lead the night care team. This role is available for an immediate start (subject to DBS and compliance checks).

About you You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience of gerontology is important, as well as a strong awareness of both clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and motivational, you'll enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and have demonstrated this through successful clinical mentorship and performance management. Finally, you should pride yourself on a person‑centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
