Overview
Centre Manager role at Dormers Wells Learning Trust, based at Dormers Wells High School (initially) with future relocation to Caretakers Cottage on the site of Dormers Wells Primary School once the centre is opened. The role is part-time (All Year Round, three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 12.30 to 20.00, with an unpaid thirty minute break).
Start Date: As soon as possible. The position supports a new mental wellbeing service, which is in the process of being refurbished to accommodate this valuable provision.
Responsibilities
* Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents/carers and other external agencies.
* Be welcoming and professional when managing the centre.
* Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure.
* Follow Trust procedures, use initiative as required, and be a good team player.
* Maintain good organisational and interpersonal skills and uphold confidentiality at all times.

* Salary: Grade 6 Point 18 £21,396 (Inclusive of London Weighting and Ealing Supplement).
