Responsibilities
Being a Lifeguard with us is rewarding and helps you develop teamwork and communication skills. You will work with customers from all backgrounds and contribute to a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment around the pool. Lifeguards may have opportunities to progress to roles such as Swim Teacher or Supervisor as you grow with the organisation.
Qualifications
* NPLQ qualification or equivalent – training can be provided for suitable candidates
* Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to staff at all levels
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Team-oriented approach and willingness to work across organisational boundaries
* Flexible and able to follow manager instructions
* Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
Requirements
* Hours: 15 hours per week, Thursday – Friday (rota basis)
