Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare annual client reviews and manage complex charges data
* Support onboarding of new business and document workflows
* Maintain accurate client records and assist with compliance tasks
* Liaise with advisers, paraplanners, and account managers to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years’ experience in financial services administration or support
* Progress toward the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Intelliflo Office)
