This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a small, friendly team in a varied administrative role within the property sector.
Working closely with the property management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the lettings portfolio and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to the property management team
* Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors
* Maintaining and updating property and tenancy records
* Assisting with tenancy documentation and compliance paperwork
* Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
* Preparing marketing materials and property listings where required
* Supporting the team with general office administration tasks
About You
* Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with property management systems
* Experience within property, lettings, or estate agency would be advantageous but is not essential
