Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:30 About the role We are looking for a Head Gardener to join our team based out of Burton covering local Green Flag status parks & gardens for one of our main contracts. You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas (including planting and flower displays) for Burton in Bloom, an initiative we've won for the last 16 years! This role involves maintaining all grounds to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing, healthy, and thriving. You will oversee a small team of gardeners, ensure proper horticultural practices are followed and manage resources efficiently.
