Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule housing repair requests in a timely manner. Liaise with residents to understand repair needs and provide updates on the status of work. Assign tasks to contractors and ensure they are completed to a high standard. Monitor the progress of repair jobs and track performance against service level agreements (SLAs). Utilize scheduling software to manage workloads effectively and make necessary adjustments. Prepare and maintain accurate records of repair requests, schedules, and contractor performance. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for housing repairs scheduling. Requirements Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or a similar role within housing or facilities management. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant IT tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Understanding of housing repair processes and related regulations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
