We are seeking a Civils Chargehand Level to safely manage, control and undertake complex manual tasks requiring significant technical and practical knowledge and skills in the delivery of Cormac’s operational services.
You will supervise a team of Operatives carrying out specialist works. Also, the supervision of sub-contractors as required and appropriate.

About you
We are looking for you to bring:
1. Significant technical and practical knowledge and skills in line with the management and delivery of specialist (manual) civil engineering tasks including specific knowledge and experience in structural concreting and reinforcement, skilled masonry and bridge structures or specialist machine paver operation working to specific levels.
2. Demonstrable experience in, and the supervision of, the operation of powered hand tools, plant and machinery.
3. Experience of contract documents and works specifications.
4. Good numeracy, and literacy and basic IT skills
5. Full driving licence
6. CITB Health & Safety qualification or the ability to achieve such.
7. CSCS Registration or demonstrable equivalence
8. NVQ in a related subject or equivalent relevant experience.
