About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of fit out and refurbishment solutions, with a long standing reputation in the industry, they are a market leader for blue chip customers. They are seeking a Sales person to join their team and drive growth across Retail, Commercial, Offices, Education, etc. For the successful candidate, there are excellent progression opportunities within the business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the UK fit-out and refurbishment market. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and established industry networks. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the strategic expansion of our clients market presence.


Job Description

* Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth targets.
* Identify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial, retail, leisure, and public sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, project managers, and main contractors.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender submissions in collaboration with estimating and design teams.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
* Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent our client professionally.
* Achieve individual and company sales targets and report on pipeline performance.


The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience in business development within the fit-out, construction, or interior refurbishment sector.
* Strong network of industry contacts and understanding of the UK fit-out market.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of project costing and tendering processes.
* Self‑motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
