Marketing Operations Manager
£40k-£43k
Hybrid, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week. 8:30am & 5:30pm. Hybrid 2 days per week from home; flexibility required. Travel around 3 sites – Guildford, Redhill, Gatwick.
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that connect customers, strengthen brand, and fuel growth. This is a role where creativity meets strategy, and where you’ll make a real mark across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead with vision – own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from idea to results.
* Be the connector – the go-to for campaign planning across Sales, Aftersales, and beyond.
* Create impact – manage sponsorships, partnerships, and events that raise visibility and drive engagement.
* Get hands-on – deliver campaigns through digital, print, events, and agency collaboration.
* Think smart – use insights and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of the curve.
* Drive results – oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure ROI is front and centre.
* Guard the brand – ensure everything aligns with Group standards.
* Lift the team – work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to collaborate across the wider group.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 3+ years in B2C/B2B marketing with experience across digital channels, partnerships, and events.
* Hands-on with campaigns, not just planning.
* Familiar with tools like Dotdigital (or similar), social platforms, CMS, and analytics.
* Strong multi-project and stakeholder management; able to keep initiatives on track.
* Problem-solving mindset with appetite for improving ways of working.
* Effective communication, negotiation with suppliers, and collaboration with teams.
* CIM qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus; hunger to learn matters most.
* Full UK driving licence for travel as needed.
