Overview

Join our organisation, where we have a huge variety of projects on-the-go at any one time. This role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leaders or project teams within the Nuclear division, enabling efficient delivery of strategic and operational objectives.

Your Purpose

Executive Support:

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Handle confidential communications and documentation.

Project Coordination:

* Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support document control and version management for nuclear projects.

Communication & Reporting:

* Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports.
* Maintain effective communication channels across departments.
* Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives.

Office Management:

* Organize events, workshops, and team off-sites.
* Maintain filing systems and office supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.


What you can bring

* Proven experience as a PA or EA, ideally in engineering, energy, or regulated industries.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* Familiarity with nuclear industry terminology or project environments is a plus.

Security clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
